Brokers can now create and formalize brokerage agreements for sales through "Issue Brokerage Contract" service. This service streamlines the process with proper validation for both units and land.

You can initiate the request by following these steps:

  • Log in to ADREC.
  • Navigate to the Services menu on the homepage.  
  • From the services list, choose Madhmoun.   
  • Select Issue Brokerage Contract from the submenu and click Initiate Service.
  • Choose the contract type: Brokerage Contract to Sell or Brokerage Contract to Purchase, then click Continue.

 

Brokerage Contract to Sell

 

  • Fill in the Contract Details including the Initiator, Property Details, and Broker Bank Account Details, then click Next.
  • Select the Owner from the Owner Details, then click Next.
  • Upload the required documents (if any), then click Next.
  • Review the application and click Submit for Seller Approval

 

Seller Approval Flow

  • The application is sent to the Seller, who may:
    • Approve
    • Return (with reason)
    • Reject (with reason)
  • Once approved, the application is forwarded to the Broker.

Broker Approval Flow

  • The application is sent to the Broker, who may:
    • Approve
    • Return (with reason)
    • Reject (with reason)
  • Once approved, the contract is finalized and ready for download.

 

Brokerage Contract to Purchase

 

  • Fill in the Contract Details including the Initiator, Property Details, Buyer Details, and Broker Bank Account Details, then click Next.
  • Upload the required documents (if any), then click Next.
  • Review the application and click Submit for Buyer Approval.

 

Buyer Approval Flow

  • The application is sent to the Buyer, who may:
    • Approve
    • Return (with reason)
    • Reject (with reason)
  • Once approved, the contract is finalized and ready for download.
