Register Power Of Attorney “as a third party”. If you are a third party, you may add POA by following these steps:

• Login to Dari using your unified number (UID), UAE pass or Emirates ID (EID) number

• Click on “Services” from the home page.

• Then “Authorizations” from the Services list.

• Then select “Register power of attorney” from the submenu

• Select “third party.

Step 1 "Owner details": There are two categories under “third party”:

• Individual: If you are an individual, enter the owner’s Emirates ID (EID) or unified number (UID) then click on “Fetch”. All information related to the owner will appear automatically. You may edit the email address and mobile phone number only, as well as upload the required documents. If the individual’s profile does not exist on Dari, you will need to ask the owner to register on Dari.
• Company: If you are a company, you will have to enter your trade license number, then click on “Fetch”. The company information will appear, and you may upload the required documents.

Step 2" Representative details": Give authorization to a representative for real estate through their Emirates ID (EID) number or unified number (UID) then click on “Fetch”

• If the representative’s profile already exists on the digital real estate ecosystem Dari: their information will appear automatically and you may edit their email address and mobile phone number only, as well as add the required documents.

• If the representative’s profile does not exist on Dari: you will need to manually enter all their information.

Step 3 "POA Source":  There are four sources regarding your Power Of Attorney:

• Abu Dhabi Court: If the power of attorney added is the Abu Dhabi Court, you will have to insert the power of attorney number then click on “Fetch”. The related information will appear automatically, and you will have to add more details and upload the required documents.

• Dubai Court: If the power of attorney added is the Dubai Court, you will have to add the related information manually and upload the required documents.

• Courts inside the United Arab Emirates: If the power of attorney added is a court inside the United Arab Emirates, you will have to add the related information manually and upload the required documents.

• Courts outside the United Arab Emirates: If the power of attorney added is a court outside the United Arab Emirates, you will have to add the related information manually and upload the required documents.

Step 4 "Review": all the information entered

• Click on “Submit application”

When all the above steps have been taken, a message will appear that the application has been sent to the Department of Municipality and Transport to review and approve, and you will be notified once they have done so.
