Register Power of Attorney “as a legal representative”. If you are a legal representative, you may add POA by following these steps:
- Login to Dari using your unified number (UID), UAE pass or Emirates ID (EID) number
- Click on “Services” from the home page
- Then “Authorizations” from the Services list
- Then select “Register power of attorney” from the submenu
- Select “representative”

Step 1 "Owner details": There are two categories under “owner”:
- If you are representing an individual: enter their Emirates ID (EID) number or unified number (UID) then click on “Fetch”. If the individual’s profile already exists on the digital real estate ecosystem Dari, their information will appear automatically and you may edit their email address and mobile phone number only, as well as add the required documents. If the individual’s profile does not exist on Dari, you will need to ask the owner to register a profile on Dari.
- If you are representing a company: you will need to enter the trade license number, then click on “Fetch” to see the related information and upload the required documents.
Note: If the company information is incomplete or the company is not registered on Dari, you will have to enter the information and update the profile. |

Step 2 "Representative details": Add representative details, by adding representative EID or UID, Automatically will show the details

Step 3 "POA Source": There are four sources regarding your Power of Attorney:
- Abu Dhabi Court: If the power of attorney added is the Abu Dhabi Court, you will have to insert the power of attorney number then click on “Fetch”. The related information will appear automatically, and you will have to add more details and upload the required documents.
- Dubai Court: If the power of attorney added is the Dubai Court, you will have to add the related information manually and upload the required documents.
- Courts inside the United Arab Emirates: If the power of attorney added is a court inside the United Arab Emirates, you will have to add the related information manually and upload the required documents.
- Courts outside the United Arab Emirates: If the power of attorney added is a court outside the United Arab Emirates, you will have to add the related information manually and upload the required documents.

Step 4 "Review": all the information entered
- Click on “Submit application”
When all the above steps have been taken, a message will appear that the application has been sent to the Department of Municipality and Transport to review and approve, and you will be notified once they have done so.
